Party with the Animals

$150 (Up to 10 children. $10 for each additional child with a maximum of 20 children)

● Your child and his/her friends will enjoy celebrating plus having some outdoor fun on the farm hanging out with their favorite barn buddies. We provide tables and chairs. Bring your own cake, food, drinks, paper products, etc. We do have a grill that you are welcome to use.

● Animal petting and feeding includes a mini pony, donkeys, horses, mules and rabbits.

● This is a farm so please dress your child(ren) comfortably and preferably in something they can get dirty in.

Paint the Pony

$200 (up to 1 0 children. $10 for each additional child with a maximum of 15 children)

● This option includes petting/feeding the farm animals PLUS the children will enjoy dipping their hands in paint and using our pony to create their masterpiece on. This is a messy option but oh so much fun. We do have aprons but old clothing is highly recommended for this option. We will not be responsible for paint stained clothing, skin, or hair.

● The children and pony will be supervised by one or more of our trained volunteers. For the safety of the children we will only allow 2 children at a time to paint the pony. The other children must wait patiently for their turn. Boots or some other type of closed toe shoes are REQUIRED in order to paint the pony. NO EXCEPTIONS . If a child shows up in open toe shoes he/she will not be permitted to participate in this activity. This is for his/her safety.

● We provide tables and chairs. Bring your own cake, food, drinks, paper products, etc. We do have a grill that you are welcome to use.

● We would love for you to take pictures so that you can have memories of this milestone, however, we do ask that all members of the party remain outside of the round pen at all times unless they are painting the pony.

Pony Rides

$250 (up to 1 0 children. $10 for each additional child with a maximum of 15 children)

● This option includes petting/feeding the farm animals PLUS we will saddle up our party pony and your child and his/her friends will get to take a few laps around the round pen. The pony will be led around by one of our volunteers with a lead rope. For the safety of everyone there will be no exceptions.

● We provide tables and chairs. Bring your own cake, food, drinks, paper products, etc. We do have a grill that you are welcome to use.

● We do ask that all members of the party remain outside of the round pen at all times unless they are riding.

● Due to his size and age we do ask that you be mindful regarding the maximum weight limit of 150 lbs for our party pony. He is an oldie but goodie.

● Again, this is a farm so dress your child comfortably and preferably in clothes you don’t mind them getting dirty. Boots or some other type of closed toe shoes are REQUIRED in order to ride the pony . NO EXCEPTIONS. If a child shows up in open toe shoes he/she will not be permitted to ride. This is for his/her safety.

● Helmets are also REQUIRED. If you have one feel free to bring it along. If not, we do have some but know that they will be shared amongst all the children.

Pony Party Reservation Agreement

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. If the balance is not paid in full at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date Hope for Hooves Rescue has the right to retain your 50% deposit as well as schedule another party on that same date and time.

Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather, rains or high winds are forecasted for the time that your event is scheduled, you have the right to reschedule the part by notifying Hope for Hooves Rescue at least 2 hours prior to the party start time. The party may be rescheduled within 30 days at no additional cost. If you fail to notify Hope for Hooves Rescue at least 2 hours prior to the party then you will forfeit your deposit and the party may not be rescheduled.

Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled prior to 7 days before the event date, the 50% deposit will be retained as part of the cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is not meant to be harsh, but reflects both the loss of time due to planning as well as the opportunity to schedule another party during that time.

Arrival time: You may arrive at our location to set up and decorate up to one hour before the scheduled party time.

Clean-up: When using our facilities, you are responsible for removing personal belongings and clean-up of the party afterwards.

Waiver and Release of Liability: You, the client, are responsible for ensuring that each party guest signs a Waiver and Release of Liability prior to the start of the party. Hope for Hooves Rescue has the right to deny anyone who does not have a signed Waiver and Release of Liability on file.

We are conveniently located at 45 Van Rd, N. Augusta, SC. Come hang out and make a new barn buddy or two! Whether it's interacting with the animals, reading to them, learning how to ride, or actually partying with them you're sure to have a good time!
